As a self-employed personal trainer, I specialise in marathon and triathlon training, as well as HIIT, boxing fitness and group cycling. I also work with local hockey and rugby teams to help improve their match fitness.
My main passion is running, and I am aiming to complete  my 6th marathon in the coming year. I have also participated in other events such as Ride London 100, Tough Mudder, and Wolf Run.
I thrive on pushing people to their limits, whatever those may be, and always deliver high energy classes that are both fun and challenging.  My playlists are high tempo and motivational, drawing on a range of musical genres including drum n bass, dance, and chart.
