I’m a huuuuuge advocate for group exercise and all things HIIT! To me, it’s one of the most powerful fitness experiences for the body to flourish both physically and mentally. I love the passion, encouragement and motivation behind a team of like-minded individuals, all striving for that same goal to better themselves, simultaneously boosting others along the way.
