With over 10 years of Personal Training and Coaching under my belt I’ve tried all sorts of classes, training styles and trends, and there is definitely something about high intensity workouts that keeps drawing me back. I’ve found the high energy and the feeling of leaving it all on the floor gets me back to the gym week after week like nothing else. There is something awesome about working hard as a group, knowing the person next to you is giving it their all and you’re there right with them. This sense of teamwork makes The Red Room workouts something really special. I can’t wait to see you in class!
