WELCOME to the RED ROOM, our unique fat-torching fitness concept that’ll take your workouts to new heights. Instructor-led to dynamic music and lighting, you’ll experience eight six-minute components on state-of-the art Versaclimer machines, self-propelled treadmills, suspension trainer systems and studio benches during an unrivalled group-based fitness experience. Personalised monitors coupled to Myzone technology track your heart-rate on TV screens to keep you in the red zone during the total body, high-intensity sessions. Our boutique-style gym concept, an ultra-immersive form of HIIT, draws on the latest innovations to help you “find your fitness” and take you to training levels you never thought you’d achieve as you improve stamina, cardiovascular health, build strength and lose weight.

Our expert instructors lead each session in their own dynamic styles to ensure you get the best possible work-out. High-intensity music and atmospheric lighting set the vibe to drive you to new highs in terms of fitness levels, training and activity.

INSTRUCTOR-LED

This is the key to it all. With every RED ROOM participant issued a monitor connected to TV monitors via Myzone tech, your heart rate is constantly displayed to keep you in your own carefully-defined workout red zone.

HEART RATE MONITOR

Using the KO8 brand of pulleys attached to the wall offers a challenging range of workout options to improve bodyweight with increased resistance for training and core conditioning.

SUSPENSION TRAINER SYSTEMS

This is all about selecting the weights and equipment for that tone and body shape you aspire to. Our benches adjust to different inclines and are fully loaded with dumbbells, kettle bells and slam balls for individual sets, while being driven on by our expert instructors.

STUDIO BENCHES

State-of-the-art self-propelled curved treadmills reduce joint impact and have a sled-push mode to provide controlled resistance and unrivaled leg burn. Whether running, walking, jogging, or pushing, they’ll work you 30% harder.

TREADMILLS

Arguably the highest calorie-burning machine around, this will strengthen the key muscles in your body whilst giving you a workout like no other. Mimicking the natural movement of climbing, it’ll burn but has low impact. You won’t find these innovative climbing machines – which give new resonance to “running up that hill” - anywhere else in Norwich.
